  • Create positive social connections because we imitate the habits of people we communicate with.
  • Never stop learning something new.
  • Lead a healthy lifestyle.
  • Take multivitamins and supplements with fish oil.
  • Learn music.
  • Perform physical exercise.
  • Dance.
  • Sleep at least 7 hours a day.
  • Work on your positive thinking.
  • Feel thankful for your life by writing down 3 things you’re thankful for every day — this will work better than any antidepressant.
  • Meditate.
